• Bonuses are available to eligible registered Users only. 777se reserves the right to restrict or withdraw any promotional offer from any User at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other stage of Platform use.

9. Intellectual Property

All Intellectual Property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to the 777se brand name, logo, domain name, website design, user interface, game content descriptions, written copy, graphics, data compilations and software — are owned by or licensed to 777se and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any Platform Content without prior written consent from 777se.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777se, its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for:

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the total aggregate liability of 777se to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gambling
